Monthly Gut Coaching

Do you have chronic health issues and feel like you’ve tried everything?

In my Monthly Gut Coaching program we will work together to understand what is going on with your health!

We will work together to create a monthly program tailored to your needs that will include:

  • A weekly 1 hour one-on-one coaching session
  • Food reaction investigation and plan
  • On demand online chat – I will reply to a message within 24hrs!
  • Meal planning and meal preparation coaching and support

The initial session is a FREE 20 minute session. We will go over where you’re at and where you want to go to see if we are a good fit.

Brain & Gut Reset Package

The Brain and & Gut Reset Package is for those at the start of their wellness journey.

This package includes eight 60-minute healthy habits coaching sessions.

Each session will begin with coaching on a different topic. We will work together to apply the learnings from each session to your life through neuro transformational therapy (NTT) mindset work.

Between each session, you will have the option to ask questions and I will respond within 24 hours.

At the end of the 8 week program you will implement new healthy habits and mindset mastery and will be moving towards optimal health and confidence.

The initial session is a FREE 20 minute session. We will go over where you’re at and where you want to go to see if we are a good fit. 

The topics we will cover are:

Session 1: What are your gut health concerns? Whats going on in your brain? 

Session 2: Food diary/reactions & NTT Mindset work 

Session 3: Weekly planning & NTT Mindset work 

Session 4: Bulk cooking & NTT Mindset work 

 

Session 5: Chemicals & NTT Mindset work 

Session 6: Check-in and coaching & NTT Mindset work 

Session 7: Mindset Check-in 

Session 8: Coaching on anything that is coming up for you
